The Story of Our Firm

Walding, LLC was founded in 2009 in the midst of an economic downturn.  From the ashes of a ravaged economy, the firm was forged through the initial expertise of Brian Walding in the realm of bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditor's rights and workouts.  Soon thereafter, Donna Byrd joined the firm bringing the deep educational background of not only a law degree, but an LL.M. in taxation.  Ms. Byrd's experience in structuring complex commercial transactions, formation of corporate entities, bankruptcy and wills and estates bolstered the firm's ability to nimbly adjust to the needs of its clients.  In 2011, E. Bryan Nichols joined the firm lending his background in chemical engineering to synthesize a scientific approach to the noisy world of corporate litigation and environmental issues.
